Patriotic Program Series and Blue Star Museum
The Beardsley family has a long tradition of civic involvement -- the idea of America as a unique political experiment is reflected in this series of celebrations honoring our country and the men and women who serve it. Ruthmere is a proud participant in the Blue Star Museum program -- free admission to all active duty service men and women including their families. On the following listed holidays, each visitor will receive a free patriotic souvenir or experience a special activity appropriate to the occasion.
The Ruthmere Patriotic Program Series and participation in Blue Star Museums is sponsored by KeyBank.
Ruthmere has been a proud participant in the National Blue Star Museum program since 2011.
Blue Star Museums is a collaboration among the National Endowment for the Arts, Blue Star Families, the Department of Defense, and museums across America. Each summer since 2010, Blue Star Museums have offered free admission to the nation’s active-duty military personnel and their families, including National Guard and Reserve.
